1. Swing Drive Installation
1. Preparation before installation
Before installation, the rotary drive requires personnel to check whether the device is physically damaged. Clean the rotary reducer and the connecting bracket; Remove impurities such as iron filings, paint, burrs or welding slag on the supporting surface. Use diesel or gasoline cleaning fluid to clean the anti-rust oil on the installation surface, and can not damage the performance of the rubber seal.
2. Mounting bolt
The bolts used during installation shall be of correct specifications and performance grade, and the general grade shall not be lower than Grade 10.9. The bolt needs to be matched with a suitable washer and cannot exceed the mounting surface. The length of the bolt usually screwed into the screw hole is twice the nominal diameter of the bolt. The factory bolts are shipped bolts, and the positioning bolts can be fixed with the correct preload after removal.
3. Install the slewing drive
The head of the bolt is equipped with a washer, and the bracket and the drive are fixed with the bolt under no load.
4. Installation notes
Bolts and washers need to be pre-tightened in advance. Flat washers or spring washers are generally used for washers, and cross-tightening method is adopted, and thread fastening glue is squeezed into the thread of the bolt. Bolts must be flush according to the quantity and must not be missed. Do not choose too long bolts that do not match the threads. Mark the tightened bolts and joints to check whether the bolts are loose in the future. Paint repair work is required after installation, improve the ability to prevent rust and corrosion.
